Let's have

some fun!

At Baby D's Home we pride ourselves on being a 'home away from home' for your pups! Our goal is to ensure that every dog is happy, calm and comfortable in our care.

We want you to have peace of mind when you drop your furry family member off at Baby D's Home! That's why we take the time to share all our adventures on our instagram account.  Take a look a below to see a typical day at Baby D's Home!

Daycare Intake Process

To join our daycare, your dog needs their third set of shots and must be spayed or neutered by 7 months old. Our three hour trial is designed as an initial 'meet and greet' to ensure that your dog is comfortable with the other dogs, our staff and our daycare environment.

Learn more about our trial booking process below!

  • 7:00am to 9:00am
Check ins and morning fun! After we check your dog in, our morning routine consists of lots of cuddles and our favourite, play time! We have lots of different toys and games for your dogs to enjoy with their friends, as well as beds and cozy spaces for those who aren’t feeling so energetic in the mornings! We always update our instagram stories throughout the day so you can see what your fur baby is up to, while they are at daycare! We kindly ask that you take five minutes to bring your dog to pee/poo before they enter daycare. We cannot start our walks until the next member of staff arrives, and we are aware that some dogs will only toilet on the grass.
  • 9:00am to 11:00am
Time for walkies! We start our morning walks at 9:00am to ensure that every dog has an opportunity to toilet on the grass outside. Check in on our instagram to see a picture of your furry friend enjoying their walk!
  • 11:00am
Lunch time! If your dog requires lunch, please make sure that their food is provided in their own labelled container. We provide a marker and tape for lunches to be labelled at drop off. Each dog is fed individually in a separate area designated for lunch time.
  • 12:00pm
After lunch is finished, we encourage the dogs to have some ‘quiet time’ to allow them to digest their food properly. During this time we play relaxing music for dogs, as well as putting cozy blankets down on all of the beds.
  • 1:00pm to 3:00pm
We will start our second neighborhood walks and let your dog enjoy nature again!
  • 3:00pm to 5:00pm
Play time again for your dog to burn off any extra energy before hometime! During this time we practice some basic training, play different games and sometimes incorporate agility and craft time.
  • 5:00pm to 6:30pm
While some dogs still like to play during this time, most of our dogs love to have extra cuddles and chill time before they're picked up to go home!

These policies are designed to ensure the safety, well-being, and smooth adjustment of dogs attending Baby D's Home Dog Daycare.
