Puppies must have completed their third set of puppy shots (DAP vaccines), bordatella, and rabies vaccinations, and be on flea and tick preventative to attend daycare.

Proof of up-to-date vaccinations must be provided with intake forms before the trial can be confirmed.

We will then send you all of the information that we need from you, to confirm your trial day with us.

Trials are available on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays at the following times: Mondays & Fridays: 9:00am, 10:00am, 11:00am, 12:00pm, 1:00pm Saturdays: 11:00am

All trials cost $15, which you can redeem from your first package purchase with us!

After the trial day, each dog that passes must attend at least one half-day session (less than 5 hours in daycare) before booking full-day sessions (5 hours or more). Our experienced staff will advise you on whether half or full days would suit your dog best going forward from the first half day.

The welfare and best interest of each dog we meet is always our priority, so we may refuse full day bookings until your dog is appearing to be settled and confident in our daycare. Our experienced staff will always provide you with updates on how your dog is doing, and their progress in daycare. We want to work with you on what is best for your dog, so we really appreciate your understanding

We anticipate and appreciate your cooperation and understanding of our policies, as it allows us to continue to make Baby D's Home a safe and enjoyable environment for all dogs in our care.

These policies are put in place to help dogs adjust gradually to our daycare environment, minimizing stress and overstimulation. Some dogs may adapt quickly, while others may find a daycare environment unfamiliar and stressful, needing more time to become familiar with the other dogs, the staff and also the environment.

Any dog who hasn't attended our daycare in the last six months must undergo a re-trial. We are continuously taking in new dogs in our daycare and occasionally new staff, so the environment is ever changing, from a dog's point of view. We have this policy put in place for the happiness and safety of every dog in our care.

While we wish we could take care of every dog that we meet, our goal is always to ensure that every dog is safe and comfortable in our care. This means that unfortunately we cannot accept every dog that does a trial with us, and in some circumstances we may need to ask your dog to take a break, or even to part ways with our services, if certain behaviours should start to occur.

This is why we provide ourselves with being 100% honest and transparent with owners about their dogs behaviours, progress and general wellbeing while they are attending our daycare.
